William Vaughn Takes on Website Communications

As of today a new member has been appointed to assist in running the ICYC website. His goal is to update the website with all of the projects that the Youth Council become involved in. He also hopes to post information about upcoming events planned by the Youth Council. William has had an interest in website development for a while and is very grateful to have this opportunity.
